The Base member Nathan Weeden was convicted and sentenced for conspiring with others to injure, oppress, threaten, and intimidate non-white and Jewish citizens of the United States, including members and guests of the Temple Jacob Synagogue. Weeden was sentenced to 26 months in prison in June 2024.
