The feds have tacked on another charge to the Brad Spafford indictment.
According to the most recent court filing, a grand jury has delivered a two-count felony indictment to Spafford, 36, of Virginia.
Spafford was arrested by the FBI on December 17 for possession of an unregistered short barrel rifle. At the time of his arrest, the FBI gathered significant evidence that Spafford was making bombs too.
This week the feds added a second count to the indictment - possession of a unregistered destructive device.
The suspect has no prior record. Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms are charging the defendant with federal firearm charges for allegedly deploying molotov cocktails at Tesla dealership
If the cops aren't lying, this is a good example for what not to do if you don't want to get arrested.
