The presiding judge in the Virginia civil rights case against the white nationalist group called Patriot Front granted the plaintiffs motion for more time to respond to the Patriot Front motion that the judge dismiss the case entirely.

This is literally turn of the screw coverage, but this is an interesting case that is moving quite quickly.

Earlier this month, two of the Patriot Front members found a lawyer in Baltimore to represent them in this case. The lawyer is Glen Allen. Allen was outed as a member of a white nationalist organization by the Southern Poverty Law Center several years ago.

When Allen filed the paperwork to represent Patriot Front members Nathan Noyce and Thomas Dail, Allen also asked the court to dismiss the case.

After granting their motion, plaintiffs have until March 29, 2023 to respond to Allen's motion to dismiss.
