Brad Spafford, the Virginia man arrested by the feds in December for weapons and explosives has a trial date set for May.
It appears Spafford has not waived his right to a speedy trial. The trial is scheduled to begin on 28 May 2025.
The suspect has no prior record. Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms are charging the defendant with federal firearm charges for allegedly deploying molotov cocktails at Tesla dealership
