Plaintiffs Respond to Patriot Front Motion to Dismiss Richmond, Virginia Civil Rights Case

Plaintiffs in the civil rights legal case against Patriot Front have responded to the hate group's motion that the judge dismiss the case.

You can read the filing here.

I don't want to ruin the ending for you, but the plaintiffs in the case are asking the judge deny Patriot Front's motion to dismiss the case. Shocker.

I'm not a big shot lawyer, or any sort of lawyer, but the arguments that the plaintiffs are making seem pretty solid to me. It's a 40-page filing, and since I'm not a lawyer, I'm not going to go into the details, but if you're interested, you should read the document yourself.

After reading that, read the Patriot Front's motion to dismiss. Juxtapose these two filing and their legal arguments, and it's hard to see the judge dismissing this case.

And if the judge doesn't dismiss this case, does Patriot Front have the money to pay their lawyer, who could end up defending more than 20 clients in this case?

And this isn't the only legal trouble the hate group is caught up in.
