The leader of the white nationalist group - Patriot Front - has been served in the civil case against the hate group in Virginia.
It took a couple of attempts to serve the Patriot Front leader Thomas Rousseau, but on the 3rd attempt on December 21, 2022 at 11:12pm, Rousseau got served.
While Rousseau was served in December, it wasn't until May 30, 2023 that the paperwork was filed with the court's filing system. We now know that Rousseau is legally aware of this case.
The judge is considering the Patriot Front's motion that the case be dismissed. If the judge doesn't dismiss this case, the big question is whether the Patriot Front can cover its legal expenses in yet another court case.
