Civil Rights Case Against Patriot Front to go to Trial in April

27 September 2024

Patriot Front members in Virginia are going to trial.

The neo-Nazi hate group is being sued for allegedly violating the rights of two residents of a predominantly black neighborhood in Richmond, Virginia.

According to court documents, Patriot Front repeatedly targeted their neighborhood with the intent to scare them. The harassment culminated in the destruction of an Arthur Ashe mural at a neighborhood park.

Patriot Front members Paul Gancarz, Nathan Noyce, Thomas Dail, Daniel Turetchi and Aedan Tredinnick have tried unsuccessfully for more than a year to get this case dismissed.

The trial is on the court schedule in April.
