A low-level member of the hate group Patriot Front must have squealed with joy on June 8, 2023 when the civil case out of Virginia was dismissed for this one defendant.
Jacob Brown, a known member of the white nationalist group, was not served in this case within the alloted time - 90 days - and so the court has dismissed the case against Brown.
I have no knowledge as to why the plaintiffs in this case couldn't serve Brown. My guess is the guy got smart and went into hiding for 3 months, but who knows. Unless plaintiffs can show the court a valid reason why Brown wasn't served, it looks like he slithers out from this one.
While the plaintiffs didn't get this chud, but they did get the chud's leader - Thomas Rousseau. Rousseau was served in December at his Texas home.
On 20 January 2025, Trump pardoned some 1,500 people convicted for their involvement in the January 6 insurrection to overthrow the government.
